Cancellation Policy
Snowy Owl Security LLC provides professional installation of Starlink Residential and Business systems throughout Mills County and surrounding communities. Our goal is to ensure your Starlink equipment is mounted securely, configured correctly, and optimized for reliable performance. To ensure a smooth installation, customers agree to: Have the Starlink equipment on‑site and ready at the time of installation. Provide safe access to the installation area (roof, wall, pole, attic, etc.). Confirm that the mounting location is structurally sound and free of hazards. Ensure pets, livestock, or equipment do not interfere with the technician’s work. If additional hardware is required (pole mounts, mesh Wi‑Fi, conduit, etc.), the technician will discuss options and pricing before installation proceeds. Weather & Safety Snowy Owl Security LLC may reschedule installations due to: Severe weather Unsafe roof or ladder conditions Lightning, high winds, or extreme temperatures Safety decisions are made at the technician’s discretion. Cancellations & Rescheduling To respect our technicians’ time and travel: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 late cancellation fee. No‑show appointments may be charged the full installation fee. Installation Warranty We guarantee the quality of our installation work for 30 days. This includes: Mount stability Cable routing Weatherproofing System configuration performed by our technician This warranty does not cover Starlink hardware failures, Wi‑Fi performance issues caused by customer equipment, or damage caused by weather, animals, or structural changes. Liability Snowy Owl Security LLC is not responsible for: Starlink equipment defects or failures Internet performance issues related to Starlink service or satellite coverage Structural issues with customer buildings, roofs, or mounts not installed by us Damage caused by customer modifications after installation We will always advise the safest and most reliable mounting option based on the property.
