Two Church Buildings-One Network

Churches commonly have a church space and an administrative building, often separated by a parking lot. Internet service providers love these setups because they can charge for two different internet connections, on top of phones and other up-charged services. At this particular church in Chesapeake, VA, Snowy Owl Security easily linked up both church buildings with a Unifi Building-To-Building Bridge. In less than a year, the church had recouped the cost of the equipment in savings from only having one internet plan.

This building bridge helped in many ways. The church's WiFi was now the same for the entire campus area, which meant you could seamlessly walk from one end of the property to the other and stay connected on the same wireless network.

It also allowed us to link up remote devices, such as this camera that watched over the Marian Garden.

Best of all, there were no recurring fees for any of the equipment, and even now, 4 years later, everything still works!
